ADULT COACHING

GROUP COACHING

Our structured adult group coaching programme offers sessions for all levels, helping players train and play with others of a similar standard.

Stage 1 focuses on the basics, Stages 2–3 develop technique and matchplay, and Stage 4 is for higher intermediate players seeking high-intensity training.

CARDIO TENNIS

A high-energy fitness class on the tennis courts, combining music, drills and a mix of aerobic and strength exercises for a full-body workout. Suitable for all levels, with the focus on fitness rather than technique.

Sessions run Monday evenings (7.15–8.00pm) and Tuesday & Thursday mornings (9.15–10.00am).

TEAM TRAINING

Team training sessions run for all of our men's and ladies teams. Sessions are organised by team captains and focus on tactical improvements for doubles play.

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

Our coaching team offers lessons for all ages and levels, from young beginners to performance juniors and adult players up to 1st team level.

All coaches are LTA accredited+, with lessons typically priced between £30–£42 per hour. Availability is limited at peak times, with priority given to members and academy players.
