We are committed to engage fully with our local community and we have created partnerships with a number of organisations to provide an Inclusive Tennis programme for people with either physical or learning impairments. The aim of the programme is to allow people with little or no previous experience of the game to experience the sport in a welcoming environment. Surbiton has been awarded LTA Disability hub status meaning we are the leading site for disability tennis in the local area. This has also given us financial support from the Tennis Foundation, which has seen our provision go from strength to strength since its inception in early 2013 and there are currently over 80 children and adults accessing tennis with SRFC through local schools and colleges as well as our year-round club programme.
