About me:
Health and Fitness play a major role in my life and working as a Personal Trainer allows me to fulfill my own training and exercise goals whilst sharing my knowledge and passion with my clients.
Five years as a Personal Trainer has afforded me a wealth of experience which combined with my in depth knowledge of the conditioning of the human body means I am able to structure and tailor detailed exercise programmes to meet your requirements. Whether you've been exercising for years or have never raised a dumbbell in your life, together we can determine your goals and achieve them.
